Saw this pic on thepensblog. Black just keeps getting stronger. Now that he has the stache I vote to bounce Phil Kessel from the Olympic team to get him on the roster. We need this in Vancouver.
That Islander trade has been a complete home run for the Pens. We called it. Guerin was the mayor and now he has a mustache. Hang on tight, we're in uncharted territory.

I've been meaning to ask this since you first jumped on his nuts when he got to the island; where does the name Black come from?

We jumped on his nuts when he won a world cup in 1996. His stint in Boston solidified his American hero status. The 2 yrs on the Island were just icing on the cake. Scotty randonly saw him on Cornelia street while he was wearing his Isles shirt. Note: Scotty never wears his Isles shirt. Black even remembered him jumping out of the garbage can! Is that fate? I mean, Scotty wears a ton of team gear like his favorite North Stars jacket but he's never run into Mark Tinordi on Cornelia street. How black is that?????
