Webi: Joey MacDonald

This is a sneak peak at a long lost show we did with Islander goaltender Joey MacDonald before this season. Here we are giving him some one-timers on possible nicknames for his teammates.

In all seriousness, everything you need to know about Mac is in this clip. The man has been nothing short of solid in relief for the oft-injured Rick DiPietro. He comes to the rink, gets 40 shots tossed at him and does the ultra needful. Notice, NOTICE that he doesn't even flinch when Scotty asked him about Black Panda. He deals with it and moves to get into position for the next question. I may have threw him with that one question but he stayed strong and rebounded well. He's been the MVP of the season so far.
